How It Works
- Place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
- Wait for your confirmation email. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready — typically within 1 business day.
- Pick up your order at our store during business hours. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Good to Know
- Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
- Someone else can pick up your order with a copy of your order confirmation and their own valid photo ID.
- Some items are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped. These are clearly marked on the product page.
- Try before you buy — picking up in store lets you try on helmets, jackets, gloves, and boots for the perfect fit.
