Skip the shipping and pick up your order at our Brea, California location — free of charge.
How It Works
- Place your order online and select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
- Wait for your confirmation email. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Items in stock are typically ready within 1 business day; parts from Triumph show an estimated date.
- Pick up your order at our store during business hours. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Good to Know
- Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
- Someone else can pick up your order with a copy of your order confirmation and their own valid photo ID.
- Some items are available for in-store pickup only and cannot be shipped. These are clearly marked on the product page.
- Try before you buy — picking up in store lets you try on helmets, jackets, gloves, and boots for the perfect fit.

When will my part be ready?
Your part's estimated date appears beside it before you buy and again in your cart. For shipping, this is when we expect it to leave Brea, not when it will arrive at your address.
In stock in Brea: The part is on our shelf. We usually prepare it for pickup or shipping within 24 hours.
Available or Limited Availability: We order the part from Triumph. The date shown is when we expect it at our Brea shop, based on our 11 AM Pacific ordering cutoff and our Tuesday–Saturday hours. Triumph's stock can change, so this date is an estimate.
On backorder: The date shown is Triumph's estimate of when Triumph will have stock. It is not yet a pickup or shipping date.
If Triumph cannot supply your part as expected, we'll contact you as soon as we know. You can choose to wait or cancel for a refund. For pickup, please wait for your "Ready for pickup" email before visiting. Need a part by a particular day? Call our parts desk at 714-256-6700 before ordering.
