Quantum-X Helmet

A full face Arai for street and adventure touring, with a round oval shape designed for riders with heads that are slightly wider rather than elongated.

Shell and shield

• The Peripherally Belted Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell combines multiple materials and techniques.
• The VAS shield system lowers the pivot point by an average of 24 mm, making the shell surface in the temple area smoother and better able to reduce impact energy getting into the helmet.
• The VAS-Max Vision shield comes with a Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ lens included.
• The larger VAS latch has a de-mist function and securely holds the shield closed to help prevent unexpected opening.

Airflow

• QVF three-position intake and QVR exhaust ducts.
• The side vent still serves as an exhaust vent even when the front shutter on the top duct is closed.
• The water repellent ES chin cover comes installed, smoothing airflow, increasing exhaust from the mouth area and reducing wind noise from below.

Comfort

• The interior head liner combines thicker front and rear pads with thinner side pads.
• FCS® cheek pads with multiple layers of varying foam densities cradle the face, make on-off easier and help block wind noise.
