Ram-X Helmet

An open face Arai for street and adventure touring, with an intermediate oval shape, the VAS-Z shield system and the Pro Shade System.

Shell

• Z Resin combines several resins and bonds to the layers and materials of the shell using less resin, improving shell strength and reducing weight.
• The smaller, lower VAS pivot cover and a smoother shell in the temple area increase the helmet's ability to glance off objects during an impact.
• One-piece, multi-density EPS liner.

Shield

• The dual-pivot assembly allows a lower pivot point where a single pivot could not, so the shell is smoother in the temple area.
• The VAS-Z shield accepts the VAS-Z Pinlock lens, and a Pinlock® 120 fog resistant lens is included.
• The Pro Shade System adapts to many light conditions and allows air to pass through even at high speed.

Fit and comfort

• The intermediate oval shape fits the majority of head shapes in the North American markets.
• Removable foam in the top of the earcup allows the arms of glasses to easily slide into the helmet.
• Earcups are easy to remove and have removable covers for washing.
