Alpinestars' racing boot, with a microfiber upper, a newly redesigned front flex area, and the Multi-Link Control system for ankle support and protection.

Protection

• An evolution of the Multi-Link Control system limits hyper-torsion, hyper-extension and hyper-flexion, and provides Achilles impact protection.
• A contoured high modulus shin plate protector for impact and abrasion resistance.
• A dual density TPU replaceable toe slider with screw-in assembly, and replaceable heel and external side heel sliders positioned to dissipate and absorb shock.
• A wide heel counter with lateral ventilation and a shock absorbing padded insert, with self-molding ankle reinforcement.

Construction

• A redesigned rear bellow, top gaitor, shifter and shin plate, with a new shin slider and a new inner bootie.
• Flexible accordion microfiber on the Achilles, and large front and rear asymmetrical accordion zones.
• A synthetic forefoot lining laminated with open cell foam, and a breathable lining in the ankle and leg areas.

Fit and closure

• Inner instep speed lacing closure, a lateral zipper, the Alpinestars Lace-Lock System and a micro adjustable ratchet top closure.
• An anatomical, replaceable EVA footbed with arch support, and a sole of evenly textured rubber for consistent grip.
